Stories About LCD Screen Repairs for Apple's IPOD in West Virginia
Montgomery, West Virginia, is a nice city with a decent lot of people. I’ve lived here all my life and never had any problems before. It’s not as if we have crime running amok in the streets or anything but… well… I guess every place has its bad side. You know what they say about bad apples: it only takes one to ruin the bunch. I guess that’s why the “bad side of town” is kept, to a relative degree, a secret. In fact, being as naďve as I am, I had assumed long ago that we didn’t have one at all. Pity for that mistake. I had recently bought a new IPOD and decided to bring it with me as I went out with a few friends. You know how it is – the desire to show off a new toy and whatnot. Well, we ate dinner and talked for a bit, then decided to go our separate ways. I was a part of the city that I didn’t frequent often and, come to think of it, is probably why I was so unaware of that infamous “bad side”. So, as I’m walking out of the restaurant, I decided to put in my headphones and listen to my IPOD. I hadn’t parked very far away but, believe it or not, a man popped out of nowhere in that short distance. I didn’t so much hear him as I saw his shadow. Whirling around to face the guy, I knew that I was in for a terrible night if he caught me. Before he could take a step, I thought fast and hurled the only thing in my hand at him – my IPOD. The device hit him square in the forehead and I took off running. I suppose I was faster than he was… or maybe he lost interest… or something. Whatever it was, I considered myself fortunate to have the time to whip out my keys, unlock the car door, and slam it closed before I saw him catching up. I revved the engine and took off without looking back. The evening darkness disguised my shaking hands and terrified expression, but I knew full well how close I’d come to being mugged. In the morning it took a lot of courage for me to drive back to the restaurant and collect my battered IPOD – but I had to do it. That IPOD was my hero and I desperately wanted it back. To my surprise, it was actually there. Right there on the pavement when it had ricocheted. A cracked IPOD screen was the only damage sustained, which I knew could be easily fixed by an IPOD repair shop. I sent it off to an Apple IPOD repair company that even offered apple IPHONE 3g screens for an IPOD LCD replacement screen and got it back within a couple of weeks. You see, you should never leave behind a fallen soldier.
