I love movies. Any kind of movie you can possibly imagine – I’ve seen and I love. Comedy, action, drama, scientific… it’s a strange obsession, I know, but it’s fun. My room is decorated with my favorite movie posters and I even bought an IPOD for the sole sake of storing the movies that I download. I work at the movie theatre and you’d never meet a better employee. Anyway though, my story starts at exactly there – the movie theatre. I was hanging out with some friends at work, waiting for the last showing of a particular movie to end when I decided to turn on my IPOD. I started sweeping the lobby, just trying to keep myself busy. I guess I must have lost track of time because, before I knew it, the movie had let out. People started walking past me and I nodded or waved to them as they filed out. I told them to come back soon and even bothered to ask a few if they had enjoyed the film. I still had my music on so I didn’t hear their answer, but it didn’t really matter anyway. It was kind of late and most of them were in a hurry to get home. Usually, here in Paradise, Nevada, people are a little grumpy anyway. It may have been best that I didn’t hear their answer because, judging by the looks some of them gave me, I probably wouldn’t have liked it. Anyway though, when I thought everyone had left I went into the recently-released theatre and started sweeping up the popcorn and complete mess our generous patrons had left behind. I was totally consumed by my work, still with my headphones on and oblivious to the rest of the world, when a guy pushed past me all of a sudden. He bumped me so hard that my IPOD slipped out of my pocket and clattered to the ground. Before I could catch myself, I stumbled and took a step – right on top of my fallen IPOD. I was so mad. I turned around on the guy and really lashed into him. He seemed genuinely sorry. Tired and off balance… so I couldn’t really get mad. When I picked up my electronic, however, I realized that it had a broken IPOD LCD screen. I got home and I thought I might be able to find something about IPOD repair online, so I looked up an IPOD LCD replacement screen and found an apple IPHONE repair company that looked legit. It had lots of recommendations and I decided to give it a try. I mailed in my IPOD and anxiously awaited its return. It only took a few weeks before I finally got it back. I inspected everything to make sure it was okay and found out it was as good as new.
