Stories About LCD Screen Repairs for Apple's IPOD in New Mexico
When I was seven, my family moved out to Las Cruces, New Mexico. My dad had grown up there and wanted his children to have the same experiences that he had had. I hated it from the start. The weather was hot, the landscape barren, and the schools weren’t anything like I was used to. But then… as a kid, I thought it was my job to hate a new environment. I’ve never been able to adapt well to change. Anyway though, I complained and bickered and acted like a complete brat because of the move until I met a boy down the street. He loved the place – and I loved him. We spent every day together, hanging out and talking. We grew up together and, naturally, I had to have every item he had so that I could be “cool”. When he got an IPOD, I wanted one just like it. My dad happily obliged for my sixteenth birthday and I became as fond of music as my secret crush was. I spent every day listening to that IPOD, playing song after song and going through my entire collection of CD’s as I uploaded them all onto my gadget. I bought songs on the internet – all kinds of songs. I wanted a variety so that, if my crush ever asked what kind of music I liked, I could tell him everything and, hopefully, find out his favorite through a very planned conversation. I wanted us to have the exact same interests because I thought we were made for each other. Well, one day I was walking back home from the bus stop, listening to my music when I saw him in front of his house. I was so anxious to greet him that I started jogging… and tripped right on my face. I went down in a crumpled heap, smashing on top of my IPOD as I heard something crack. When I recovered, I saw my crush running toward me to make sure I was okay. The concern for my IPOD vanished as the boy I liked helped me up – but then I remembered. I took it out of my pocket and found a very cracked IPOD screen. I was so disappointed! But the boy said it wasn’t a big problem. He knew of an IPOD repair company that specialized in IPOD and IPHONE LCD replacement screens and told me how to look it up. I pretended to be confused, so he came over to my house and helped me find the IPOD and apple IPHONE repair website. We boxed up my broken IPOD and shipped it out to the company… then spent all day talking about it. He kept teasing me, but that’s okay. When I finally got my IPOD back, it really was good as new!
