Stories About LCD Screen Repairs for Apple's IPOD in Connecticut

Having lived here in Connecticut for most of my life, I can tell you with all due honesty how cold it can get. I despise the cold. Having to bundle up in layers of coats and sweaters is a pain in the backside and I just don’t like it. When I go to school it’s especially difficult because I’m constantly taking off and putting on my various assortment of winter wear. The classrooms are, of course, heated while the rest of the campus (and in particular, the walkways) are left to the outside conditions. I usually try to take my mind off of things by listening to music on my IPOD but sometimes it just doesn’t work. The cold is cold! One day, as I was rushing to class, I had my IPOD on and the intent to forget about the snow. Well, I couldn’t just erase my fleeting sense of feeling in my extremities, so I had decided to just put the IPOD back in my backpack and jog to class. My fingers were so numb, though, that I fumbled with the device and dropped it! Things probably wouldn’t have been bad if some guy passing me hadn’t accidentally kicked it. He apologized and scooped up my beaten IPOD but the damage was done. It had a broken screen. I just mumbled something to the guy and went on to class, upset about my music and cursing myself for being so clumsy. I tried to ask around, to find out about IPOD LCD replacement screens, but no one seemed to know anything about how to repair an apple IPOD. I eventually came to the conclusion that I was going to have to send it in to Apple for IPOD repair… but for that price, it would probably be smarter just to buy a whole new IPOD! At the end of my sanity, I decided to put off studying and do a little research on IPOD screens. It didn’t take long, I just looked up IPOD screen repair and came across an awesome website dedicated entirely to IPOD repairs. Glancing through their stuff, I realized that I didn’t even have to worry about dropping it off in person – I could just mail it to them and they would fix it before mailing it back. Anxious, I paid for the LCD screen replacement and shipped off my IPOD to their company address. Not even two weeks later, I had my IPOD back! The whole ordeal has been quite an experience… but not entirely unpleasant. I’m now a loyal customer and know exactly where to send my IPOD if I ever have any more problems or repair work. Hopefully I don’t drop it again but… I can only try to be more careful.
