My family has a very militaristic history. My dad had been in the Army and so had his dad and his dad before him and so on and so on. We’ve passed down the legacy and it’s kind of become a right of passage in my family. Naturally, when I turned eighteen, it was my turn to serve the country. Having grown up as an Army brat, I was really excited when I walked into the recruiter’s office, signed the paperwork, and left for boot camp. It was hard, but the sense of accomplishment was more than enough of a reward. My family, of course, was really happy for me and incredibly proud of my choice. They got me a kind of graduation gift to commemorate the moment – a really expensive IPOD. I love music and they knew it, so it really was the perfect gift. I took my IPOD everywhere with me and sometimes all I did was listen to music. Hour after hour. When I wasn’t working, that’s how I relaxed. As you can imagine, my IPOD was really important to me. I suppose it’s a little sentimental, but when I accidentally dropped it one day after training, I was devastated. There was a huge crack down the IPOD’s face, effectively ruining the IPOD LCD screen. Not knowing where else to turn, I decided to look up any repair information I could online. I typed in IPOD screen repair and found a pretty decent looking website that specialized in sixth generation IPOD repairs. When I asked my friends about it, they said it was a pretty reputable IPOD repair company and I made up my mind to send in my IPOD and get it fixed. The bad thing about this was that, not even a day after I mailed it, I received news that I was going to be stationed in Alaska. Of all places! Alaska! I was really worried about my IPOD and it’s not being mailed back to me in time. Fortunately, I didn’t really have any reason to worry because the CLASSIC IPOD lcd's repair place was really fast and got it back to me in time. Like I said; it’s just a little chunk of plastic, metal, and glass but it’s important to me! I really have been disappointed if I had had to wait for it to be mailed to my current address, and then wait again for it to make it’s up to Alaska. Or worse yet, what if I’d had to leave it behind! I guess things always work in the end, but I’m definitely going to be more careful. I’d recommend that IPOD place to anyone and everyone. They really did a great job.
